Tellurian and Shell Sign Agreements for 3 mtpa

Tellurian - Press release Tellurian Inc. announced today it has finalized liquefied natural gas (LNG) sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) withShell NA LNG. The SPAs are on a free on board (FOB) basis at Driftwood LNG for acombination of three million tonnes per annum (mtpa) for a ten-year period, indexed to acombination of two indices: the Japan Korea Marker (JKM) and the Dutch Title TransferFacility (TTF), each netted back for transportation charges.
