NextDecade Announces 1.0 MTPA LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with ExxonMobil

NextDecade - Press release NextDecade Corporation announced today the execution of a 20-year sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with ExxonMobil LNG Asia Pacific, an ExxonMobil affiliate, for the supply of liquefied natural gas from NextDecade’s Rio Grande LNG export project in Brownsville, Texas. Under the SPA, EMLAP will purchase 1.0 million metric tonnes per annum (“MTPA”) of LNG.
