Sempra Infrastructure and RWE Sign Heads of Agreement for U.S. LNG Supply

Sempra - Press release Sempra Infrastructure, a subsidiary of Sempra today announced it has entered into a heads of agreement (HOA) with RWE Supply & Trading, a subsidiary of RWE, for the purchase of approximately 2.25 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of liquefied natural gas (LNG). The LNG is to be supplied on a long-term, free-on-board basis from the Port Arthur LNG Phase 1 project under development in Jefferson County, Texas.
